New Features

LCOE

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) feature!

This powerful addition allows users to analyze and optimize their designs by calculating the lifetime cost of energy production for their solar projects.

The LCOE integrates seamlessly into your workflow, offering:

  • Cost Analysis: Breaks down capital costs.
  • Energy Insights: Evaluates energy output to determine the most cost-effective designs.
  • Optimization Tools: Helps you compare multiple layouts and configurations to achieve the best balance of cost and performance.

With LCOE, you’ll have a clear, data-driven view of your project's financial and energy efficiency, empowering you to confidently make informed decisions.

Ready to elevate your solar project design? Dive into the LCOE!

Improvements

Cut Fill

We’ve enhanced the Cut-Fill feature, making it more precise and efficient.

  1. Realistic Disturbed Area:
    • The system now calculates disturbed areas more closely aligned with real-world conditions, providing better accuracy for planning and reporting.
  2. Optimized Earthwork Calculations:
    • Cut-fill balances have been refined to deliver highly optimized results, helping you achieve cost-effective designs with minimized effort.
  3. Net Balance Options:
    • Set to Zero: You can specify a net balance of zero for projects requiring equal cut and fill volumes.
    • Auto Mode: The system can automatically calculate the optimal earthwork volumes to minimize excavation and grading, while still adhering to your project inputs.

Layout Import

Substation Placement

  • Automatically place substations during layout import based on their position in the imported DXF file.
  • If a substation object isn’t defined, the system will default to placing it in a standard location.

Trackers by Layer

  • Import trackers directly using layer-specific identification.
  • This approach allows users to segregate and manipulate trackers efficiently, particularly for large-scale projects.
  • Available only for non-blocked layouts.
